The abbreviation of ITSM is IT Service Management. ITSM service desk aims to maintain the delivery of IT services with the desires of the enterprise. The focus of ITSM tools is to bring satisfactory service to the end-user.





Without secure alignment between the industry and IT organization, the similar problems are all too common within IT organizations:

· An immediate, break-fix model where organizations spend significantly of their time addressing incidents and performing a manual operational job

· IT expenses were weakly defensible

· IT industries lacked transparency and focused on maintaining static systems or infrastructure with small or no emphasis on service delivery


ITSM label these problems through a process-oriented approach that assist IT organizations play a more decisive role, support their service objectives and spending with business priority, and focus their resources on maintaining service level agreements that allow the business to function.
